To comprehensively assess the adequacy, suitability, and effectiveness of the company’s Quality Management System, Environmental Management System, and Occupational Health and Safety Management System, Zhongrui Heavy Industry organized an internal audit meeting for the three systems on March 31. The meeting was attended by the company’s general manager, department heads, and all internal auditors.

Through document reviews and on-site interviews, this audit focused on verifying the implementation of system documentation and the achievement of targets and indicators. All departments actively cooperated to ensure the audit proceeded efficiently. The audit team concluded that the company’s three management systems are operating well overall and comply with standard requirements. Regarding the issues identified, specific corrective actions and deadlines have been established, and the responsible departments have been instructed to ensure these actions are fully implemented.

The successful completion of this internal audit of the three management systems not only serves as a comprehensive “check-up” of the company’s current management system operations but also lays a solid foundation for preparing for future external certification audits and continuously optimizing the management system. Moving forward, the company will focus on addressing identified issues to continuously improve the management system, enhance the standardization of management practices, and provide support for the company’s high-quality development.
